I advocate for accessible housing. A website nobody can use would make that hollow.

The standard I build to
This site targets WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Practically, that means:
- Every page works with a keyboard alone — no mouse required
- A visible focus indicator follows you as you tab
- A "skip to content" link lets screen reader and keyboard users bypass the navigation
- Text meets AA contrast ratios against its background
- Images carry descriptive alternative text; decorative images are hidden from screen readers
- Headings are properly nested so screen readers can navigate by structure
- Form fields have real labels, and required fields are marked
- The layout works down to 320px wide and reflows at 200% zoom
- Animation respects
prefers-reduced-motion - Semantic HTML and ARIA landmarks throughout
Why this matters to me
My mother lives with Multiple Sclerosis. My sister was born with Cerebral Palsy. I've watched both of them run into barriers that existed only because someone didn't think about them — in buildings and on websites.
Bridging the gap in accessible housing is the mission behind this business. I'm not going to ask builders to widen doorways while shipping a site a screen reader can't parse.
Known limitations
Some embedded third-party content — form processing and any future map or video embeds — is outside my direct control, and its accessibility depends on the provider. Where I find a gap, I look for a better provider or build an accessible alternative.
